On March 5, Ralph Lauren announced that he will host the “Fall/Winter 2025 Show” in New York on April 17, 2025. This off-calendar show will take place outside the official schedule of New York Fashion Week, marking the designer’s first runway presentation since the Spring/Summer 2025 collection debuted in the Hamptons last September.
A Special Spring/Summer 2025 Show in the Hamptons
For over 50 years, Ralph Lauren has drawn inspiration from the natural beauty and timeless elegance of the Hamptons, where he has spent time with his family. The Spring/Summer 2025 Show, held last year, featured a color palette inspired by the sky and sea of the Hamptons, with white and blue tones, as well as sandy beige hues reminiscent of the beach, creating a relaxed resort atmosphere.
The show featured menswear, womenswear, and childrenswear from the Ralph Lauren Collection, Purple Label, and Polo Ralph Lauren lines, incorporating equestrian and maritime elements into its designs.
Following the runway presentation, guests were invited to a meticulously recreated version of Ralph Lauren’s renowned restaurant, The Polo Bar, where they enjoyed a classic American dining experience, making for an unforgettable evening.
Ralph Lauren’s Expanding Influence Beyond Fashion
In recent years, Ralph Lauren has strengthened his influence not only in the fashion industry but also in sports and business. For the 2024 Paris Olympics, the brand provided official uniforms for Team USA. Additionally, in the three months leading up to December 28, 2024, the company recorded an 11% year-over-year increase in sales, reaching $2.1 billion.
Furthermore, in January 2025, Ralph Lauren became the first fashion designer in history to be awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom. This prestigious honor recognized his contributions as a visionary designer, pioneering entrepreneur, innovative business leader, and dedicated philanthropist.
The upcoming Fall/Winter 2025 Show in New York on April 17 will focus exclusively on women’s wear. While the exact venue has yet to be announced, expectations are high for another dramatic and immersive presentation, staying true to Ralph Lauren’s signature storytelling and elegant craftsmanship.
