Suzy Amis Cameron Launches Inside Out – A New Venture Integrating Sustainability and Business

Environmental activist and entrepreneur Suzy Amis Cameron has recently launched a new company, Inside Out LLC. This venture is designed as a wayfinding collective, aiming to develop sustainable solutions that redefine how businesses can positively impact the environment.

Inside Out focuses on six key sectors: Science & Research Technology, Fashion & Textiles & Home, Food, Education, Media, and Wellness. By integrating environmentally conscious innovation, the company seeks to achieve both commercial success and meaningful contributions to society and the planet.

To establish the company, Amis Cameron has invested $65 million of her own capital, and she is currently working on securing an additional $300 million in funding.

Inside Out’s Initiatives in the Fashion Sector

Inside Out’s fashion business is branded as IO Fashion, Textiles & Home (IO FTH), setting a new standard for responsible design. At the helm of this division is Matteo Ward, a pioneer in sustainable fashion. Ward is also the founder of WRAD, an environmentally conscious fashion brand, which Inside Out has acquired. With this acquisition, a leading European sustainability-focused fashion team has been integrated into Inside Out’s global network.

IO FTH is also investing in companies that develop innovative technologies to reduce environmental impact. Among them are:

  • Sheep Inc., a company with a carbon-negative supply chain
  • Rubisco, a New Zealand-based environmental technology company

Sheep Inc. recently secured £5 million in Series A funding, with Inside Out leading the investment round.
