On April 6, LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton announced significant leadership changes across its portfolio, naming new chief executive officers for two of its fashion houses—Fendi and Kenzo. Notably, both appointees come from Louis Vuitton, reaffirming the group’s commitment to promoting talent from within.
Ramon Ros, currently President and CEO of Louis Vuitton in Mainland China, has been named CEO of Fendi, effective July 1, 2025. He will report directly to Sidney Toledano, Senior Advisor to LVMH Chairman Bernard Arnault.
In a statement, LVMH praised Ros, saying: “Ramon’s deep expertise in luxury retail and clienteling, coupled with his passion for product excellence and collaborative leadership, will enable him to elevate the Roman Maison to new heights, preserving Fendi’s unique history and commitment to artisanal craftsmanship.”
Ros studied at the University of Barcelona and IESE Business School. He began his career at Marks & Spencer, and later held senior roles at Diesel and TOUS. After joining LVMH in 2013, he served as Managing Director of Givenchy China and later as International Director at Givenchy’s Paris headquarters. Since 2020, he has led Louis Vuitton in Mainland China and was promoted to Zone President in 2022.
Ros will succeed Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou, who will become Deputy CEO of Christian Dior Couture on April 15, 2025.
Meanwhile, Charlotte Coupé, currently Business Unit Director for Men’s Ready-to-Wear at Louis Vuitton, will take the helm as Kenzo’s CEO on May 1, 2025. Like Ros, she will report to Toledano.
Of her appointment, LVMH stated: “Her genuine passion for product, deep fashion knowledge, and proven ability to collaborate with iconic and innovative Creative Directors, particularly at Louis Vuitton where she managed the Men’s Ready to Wear Business Unit, significantly contributed to the impressive growth of that category.”
Coupé built her career at Ralph Lauren and Lacoste, before joining Louis Vuitton in 2016, where she has been a key figure in the growth of the men’s business.
She replaces Sylvain Blanc, who led Kenzo through a phase of modernization and strategic development. Blanc is set to leave the group to pursue new projects.
Daniel DiCicco, formerly Vice President of Retail at Apple, has been appointed as Ramon Ros’ successor at Louis Vuitton in Mainland China. He will assume the role on April 28, 2025, and will be based in Shanghai. DiCicco previously held leadership positions at Sony Music and Coach before overseeing Apple’s business across Asia. In his new role at Louis Vuitton, he is expected to leverage his deep understanding of Asian markets and extensive retail experience to further strengthen local teams.
LVMH sees these appointments as a reflection of its long-term vision for the luxury business and its ongoing commitment to developing and promoting talent from within the group, positioning them as part of a broader effort to strengthen next-generation leadership across its Maisons.
