Spanish footwear brand CAMPER, rooted in the island of Mallorca, and ISSEY MIYAKE, a symbol of modern Japanese design, have joined forces for the first time in a collaboration set to debut for the Fall/Winter 2025/26 season. The first release in this new partnership, a footwear collection titled Peu Form, will launch globally on Tuesday, July 15.
At the heart of the collection lies CAMPER’s iconic model, Peu—a minimal shoe designed to follow the natural contours of the human foot. ISSEY MIYAKE designer Satoshi Kondo has reimagined this silhouette through a uniquely conceptual lens. Drawing inspiration from ISSEY MIYAKE’s long-standing exploration of the relationship between the body and fabric, particularly the idea of a “single piece of cloth enveloping the body,” the design embodies the brand’s core philosophy.
Crafted from a single piece of leather that wraps around the foot like drapery, the resulting form is supple and responsive to movement. With its organic curves, Peu Form transcends East and West, seamlessly blending corporeality and function into a contemporary product that feels both timeless and innovative.
The collection features two styles: a slip-on shoe and an ankle boot. Both are designed with a flexible structure that naturally conforms to the wearer’s foot, while also offering the practicality of being foldable for easy transport. The upper is crafted from supple Italian leather, the insole is made of PU material, and the outsole incorporates 20% recycled TPU—an environmentally conscious choice that balances comfort with sustainability. These thoughtfully selected materials reflect the collaboration’s vision of “craftsmanship of the future.”
The color palette includes four options: classic black and white, a deep and vivid Klein blue, and CAMPER’s signature red.
The collection will be available starting July 15 at CAMPER and ISSEY MIYAKE flagship stores as well as their official online shops.
