Spanish luxury beauty and fashion powerhouse Puig has announced the release of a new book titled Puig, Home of Creativity, commemorating over 110 years of innovation and heritage. Published by Rizzoli, the renowned New York-based publishing house founded in 1964, the book is scheduled for global release on September 2, 2025.

Founded in Barcelona in 1914, Puig has remained true to its family-owned values while evolving into a globally recognized beauty and fashion group. The book explores this transformation—from its early beginnings to its 2024 public listing—through a rich narrative that combines family history, brand identity, and stunning visuals.

One of the most compelling aspects of the book is its in-depth look at Puig’s portfolio of groundbreaking brands, including Rabanne, Carolina Herrera, Charlotte Tilbury, Jean Paul Gaultier, Byredo, and Nina Ricci. It showcases unique stories such as Rabanne’s iconic metallic chainmail, Dries Van Noten’s creative inspiration from his garden, and Byredo’s collaborations with contemporary artists, all brought to life through archival material and newly commissioned photography.

The book also features interviews with key creative figures. Insights from Charlotte Tilbury and Jean Paul Gaultier illuminate the distinct philosophies and aesthetics that define their respective brands.

Another noteworthy section discusses the strategic importance of niche fragrances, highlighting how Puig positions these in today’s competitive beauty market. Additionally, the book spotlights Puig’s sponsorship of the Women’s America’s Cup, emphasizing the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation, diversity, and sustainability.

Marc Puig, Chairman and CEO of Puig, shared the following message about the book: “This book is a tribute to Puig, a company we proudly define as a Home of Creativity, to the legacy we have built, to the people and passion that fuel our Love Brands, and to the resilience that has defined us since our founding. It captures the essence of who we are: a company that evolves with purpose, remains rooted in its values, and continues to build for the long term.”

Catherine Bonifassi, Editorial Director at Rizzoli New York, also reflected on the creative journey behind the publication: “Creating a book is a long and ambitious process. During this journey, as an editor, you truly get to see the personality of the people you work with, as you are facing together challenges, surprises, creative decisions… Exchanges that reveal the real values of a brand and its people’s creativity, openness, commitment, and boldness. I praise the excellence of Puig and its community: working together on this book has been the most rewarding experience.”

Contributions from renowned figures in journalism, literature, perfumery, and photography—such as Alice Cavanagh, Michael Edwards, Jean-Claude Ellena, Leticia Sala, and Anatxu Zabalbeascoa—add depth and texture to the book, offering a multi-layered portrait of Puig as a creative and evolving force in the industry.

Puig, Home of Creativity is now available for pre-order on Rizzoli’s official website (www.rizzoliusa.com) and will be released in select bookstores worldwide starting September 2, 2025.
