Luxury fashion house Giorgio Armani has announced a new real estate development project in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (UAE), in partnership with property developer RAK Properties and SIE Group. The project, titled Armani Beach Residences Ras Al Khaimah, will feature the world’s first-ever Armani-branded beach villas.
The development will be located on Raha Island, one of the most sought-after residential areas within the Mina Al Arab district. Surrounded by a tranquil and naturally preserved bay, the site will feature a limited number of beach villas and luxury apartments. Each residence will offer direct access to a private beach and uninterrupted panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf.
The project is being designed by Giorgio Armani himself and his team of architects. Drawing inspiration from his own private homes, the design embodies a refined, understated elegance and timeless beauty.

The residences will include bespoke luxury features throughout, both indoors and outdoors. Amenities will include a private members-only beach club, curated brand experiences, special events, private services, concierge support, and global privileges—offering residents a true immersion into the Armani lifestyle.
This announcement comes as the Armani/Casa brand celebrates its 25th anniversary and the Giorgio Armani brand marks its 50th year—signifying a major milestone in the brand’s lifestyle strategy.
The development site on Raha Island is surrounded by a vibrant natural environment, home to sea turtles, dolphins, and even seasonal flamingos. Framed by the dramatic Jebel Jais mountain range, the landscape reinforces Ras Al Khaimah’s reputation as the “nature capital” of the UAE.
