Nike and Skims to Launch New Brand “NikeSkims” on September 26

Nike and Skims have jointly launched a new brand, NikeSkims, which will unveil its debut collection on September 26. The first release will consist of seven collections and 58 silhouettes, offering more than 10,000 possible styling combinations. Designed as a true “system of dress,” the line seamlessly bridges sport and lifestyle.

The two companies announced their partnership in February 2025. The collaboration merges Nike’s performance technology with Skims’ inclusive approach, aiming to open up new market opportunities. For Nike, this marks its first time co-developing a new brand with an external company and represents a key part of its strategy to strengthen its presence in the women’s market.

Details of the Debut Collection

The debut features three core lines — Matte, Shine, and Airy:

  • Matte: 21 styles combining Nike’s Dri-FIT technology with mid-level compression. The lineup includes sports bras, shorts, and full-length leggings.
  • Shine: 11 styles designed with quick-dry functionality, a subtle sheen, and stretch, ideal for high-intensity training.
  • Airy: 7 styles made from ultralight mesh fabrics, perfect for low-impact activity and layering.

Additionally, four seasonal capsules will complement the core collections: Vintage Seamless, Matte Tricot, Weightless Layers, and Shiny Nylon. These include vintage-inspired seamless knits, semi-sheer layering pieces, and track-style designs. Prices range from $38 to $148, with an inclusive size range from XXS to 4X, and bras available in 32B to 44DDDD.

Campaign: Bodies at Work

To coincide with the launch, the campaign film Bodies at Work, directed by Janicza Bravo, and visuals by photographers Luis Alberto Rodriguez and Rob Woodcox were released.

Featured athletes include Jordan Chiles, Chloe Kim, Nelly Korda, Sha’Carri Richardson, and Serena Williams, alongside more than 50 collegiate athletes from USC and UCLA, as well as Skims Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer Kim Kardashian.

Kardashian stated, “NikeSKIMS’ Bodies at Work film celebrates every woman’s strength and power.”

The debut NikeSkims collection will be available starting September 26 at Nike.com, Skims.com, and select retail stores, including flagship locations of both brands in New York City and Los Angeles.
