The renowned Italian high jewelry brand Bvlgari will open its new flagship boutique, Bvlgari Omotesando, on November 22. Located in a district where luxury and culture intersect, the new space brings together Italian elegance and the spirit of Rome—core elements that define the Bvlgari universe.
A Boutique Design Blending Roman Architecture and Iconic Codes
The exterior of Bvlgari Omotesando features a striking façade inspired by the mosaic motifs of the “Divas’ Dream” collection, expressed through geometric patterns and a combination of gold tones. The entrance, framed in Travertino Navona—the same material used in Bvlgari’s historic Via Condotti flagship—evokes the grandeur of ancient Roman architecture and reflects the house’s storied heritage.
Upon entering the first floor, guests are greeted by a sculptural round counter crafted by skilled Italian artisans from travertine stone. A Serpenti-inspired chandelier created by Murano-glass master Venini adds symbolic depth, while octagonal showcases backed with silk reminiscent of the Roman sunset further illuminate Bvlgari’s vibrant creations.
A VIP Lounge That Captures the Light and Warmth of Rome
The second floor houses a VIP lounge offering a more personalized experience. Showcasing the highest echelon of “Divas’ Dream” high jewelry, the space is designed around the theme of Rome’s magical sunlight. Soft-curved Italian furniture and silk cushions create a serene atmosphere, immersing guests in Bvlgari’s signature hospitality and luxurious sensorial experience.
The boutique also features artworks inspired by the house’s heritage, including a panel derived from a 1970s brooch and a delicate depiction of Mt. Fuji—a tribute to Japanese artistry. These pieces embody the dialogue between Bvlgari’s creative freedom and the refined aesthetics of Japan.
Archival sketches from the 1950s are also on display, revealing the creation process behind the historic Seven Wonders Necklace and transforming the space into an art gallery where the past and the present converge.
Bvlgari’s Aesthetic Icons: Tubogas and Serpenti
Bvlgari Omotesando will offer a full selection of Bvlgari’s signature jewelry and timepieces, including the iconic Tubogas and Serpenti lines—both embodiments of the house’s distinctive craftsmanship and design philosophy. A highlight is the Bvlgari Tubogas Necklace (PG x Rubellite x Diamond), available exclusively at the Omotesando boutique.
