On April 8, New York-based luxury brand Altuzarra announced the appointment of Marta Lastra as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Lastra has served as President since January 2025, overseeing all core business functions at Altuzarra. Her promotion reflects a strategic restructuring of the company’s leadership, designed to support the brand’s next phase of growth.

A Track Record That Speaks for Itself

During her tenure as President, Lastra played a central role in strengthening Altuzarra’s operational foundation. She drove the brand’s retail expansion across the North American market, including the opening of a new store at River Oaks District in Houston, Texas, and a seasonal pop-up at Highland Park Village in Dallas — solidifying Altuzarra’s growing global footprint.
