On January 9, Rome-born high jewelry maison Bvlgari announced the appointment of actor and artist Kento Nakajima as its new ambassador.
In the announcement, Bvlgari described Nakajima as “a jewel named Kento Nakajima,” positioning him as a new member of the Bvlgari family alongside the maison’s global ambassadors. As a solo singer and actor, Nakajima has captivated audiences for many years through his dynamic stage performances and memorable acting. His clear vision and unwavering determination to bring that vision to life are widely recognized—not only by Bvlgari, which has deepened its relationship with him through numerous projects in recent years, but also by the public at large.

Upon his appointment as ambassador, Kento Nakajima shared the following comment: “Over the past few years, we have built a meaningful connection and shared many moments filled with warmth and love, and I am truly happy to have been welcomed into the Bvlgari family. I have been wearing Bvlgari jewelry—particularly the Save the Children ring—for about 12 years, and it has been a precious piece that brings out my own charm whenever I wear it on stage and in other settings. When I was living in Rome, Italy, for the filming of the international drama Concordia, I spent time walking through the city while memorizing my script. I still vividly remember stopping in my tracks and gazing with admiration at the Bvlgari flagship store on Via Condotti, radiating an overwhelming presence. From here on, as an ambassador, I hope to convey the appeal of Bvlgari to Japan and to the world through my own form of ‘expression,’ and to make the eyes of many people shine like jewels.”
Going forward, Nakajima is expected to communicate Bvlgari’s world and values not only in Japan but also on a global stage in his role as ambassador.
