On February 9, LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton announced new appointments to its Executive Committee to reinforce its organizational structure and advance its sustainable growth strategy. The appointments are effective immediately.

Joining the Executive Committee are Véronique Courtois, Chairman and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior and head of the Group’s Beauty Division, and Antoine Arnault, Director of Image & Environment.

Véronique Courtois to Oversee the Beauty Division

Véronique Courtois has been appointed Chairman and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior as well as Chairman and CEO of LVMH’s Beauty Division. While continuing in her role at the helm of Parfums Christian Dior, she will oversee the activities of all Maisons within the Beauty Division.

Courtois joined LVMH in 2000 and has built her career across marketing and market-facing roles. In 2007, she was appointed Chief Marketing Officer of Guerlain, before joining Christian Dior Couture as Marketing Director in 2010. She became Brand General Director of Parfums Christian Dior in 2012, was named President and CEO of Guerlain in 2019, and has served as President and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior since March 2023.

LVMH highlighted her significant contribution to the growth and desirability of Parfums Christian Dior, noting that her experience and leadership are expected to play a key role in driving the development of the Group’s Beauty Division.

Antoine Arnault to Lead Image and Sustainability Initiatives

Antoine Arnault joins the Executive Committee in his capacity as Director of Image & Environment. He will continue to oversee image, communication, and sustainable development projects, responsibilities he has held since 2020.

Arnault is recognized as the architect of LVMH’s partnership with the Paris 2024 Olympic Games and the founder of “Les Journées particulières,” an initiative that opens the doors of the Group’s Maisons to the public to showcase their craftsmanship. He has also led major communication campaigns for Louis Vuitton and, under his leadership, Berluti became a defining menswear Maison.

LVMH emphasized that Arnault’s strong commitment to sustainability and his expertise will be essential in advancing the Group’s LIFE 360 roadmap, which places environmental protection and biodiversity at the core of its long-term strategy.

Stéphane Rinderknech to Leave the Group

Meanwhile, Stéphane Rinderknech, who has successfully led the expansion of LVMH’s Hospitality Division and contributed to the development of its Beauty business, has decided to leave the Group to pursue new personal projects.

Commenting on the announcement, Stéphane Bianchi, Managing Director of the LVMH Group, stated: “Since joining the Group, Stéphane Rinderknech has greatly contributed to the growth of our hospitality division before bringing his recognized expertise to the beauty business. I am thankful for his contribution and results, and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.”

He also welcomed the two new Executive Committee members, adding, “I am very pleased to welcome Véronique Courtois and Antoine Arnault to the Group Executive Committee. Throughout their rich careers at LVMH, Véronique and Antoine have consistently demonstrated our Group’s values and propelled its ambitious development through their impactful achievements. I am delighted to welcome their unique expertise and knowledge to the Executive Committee, where they will be instrumental in shaping our strategic direction.”

Strengthening the Foundation for LVMH’s Next Phase of Growth
