On January 16, Ralph Lauren unveiled its Fall/Winter 2026 men’s collections for Purple Label and Polo Ralph Lauren during Milan Fashion Week Menswear. The presentation took place at Palazzo Ralph Lauren in Milan.

The collection encapsulated the refined aesthetic Ralph Lauren has cultivated for nearly six decades as a defining figure of American style, drawing on classic preppy codes, sport-inspired functionality, and a sense of timeless elegance.

Commenting on the collection, Ralph Lauren said, “Everything began with a tie. But it wasn’t just a tie, it was a way of life. When I started designing menswear, I was drawn to timeless traditions, but I was never bound by them. My work lives within the many styles and moods that I create. The Fall 2026 collection is inspired by the diverse ways men live, their individuality, and their personal style. From the effortless elegance of Purple Label to Polo’s renewed preppy spirit, these collections reflect the world I have lived in and the world I believe in.”

Polo Ralph Lauren: A Modern Interpretation of Heritage American Style

The presentation opened with the Polo Ralph Lauren Fall 2026 collection. Rooted in traditional American icons and workwear references, the collection was reimagined through a contemporary lens, defined by modern materials and updated proportions.

Heritage pieces such as brushed wool knits and quilted outerwear appeared with expressive, rugged textures and bold silhouettes. Polo’s signature tailoring evolved toward a more relaxed balance while maintaining its classic refinement. Accessories, including Heritage Collection bags and alpine boots, further enhanced the lifestyle-driven narrative of the collection.

One of the defining highlights of the season was the collaboration introduced through the Artist in Residence program. New pieces from Polo Ralph Lauren × TÓPA, created by Očhéthi Šakówiŋ designers Josie Little Sky and Trey Little Sky, were unveiled, infusing the collection with the distinctive artistry rooted in the Northern Plains and adding depth and dimension to the overall presentation.

Purple Label: The Pinnacle of Form, Function, and Authenticity

The Purple Label collection followed, representing the purest expression of Ralph Lauren’s menswear philosophy. Cashmere sports coats of exceptional quality, luxurious double-faced fabrics, and functional outerwear were crafted with sculptural precision, seamlessly merging refinement with practicality.

Hand-tailored garments and eveningwear underscored an uncompromising attention to detail, embodying a timeless vision of luxury in which each stitch tells a story.

Additionally, handcrafted turquoise belt buckles and silver jewelry were presented across both collections through an ongoing partnership with Chiricahua Apache artisan Neil Zarama. This collaboration is part of Ralph Lauren’s Authentic Makers program, which supports the preservation of traditional craftsmanship by bringing artisans together with the brand’s design teams to create products using heritage techniques.

A Night That Defined the Present of American Menswear

Bringing together inherited codes, personal expression, and masterful craftsmanship, the Fall/Winter 2026 men’s collection offered a renewed statement on the essence of the menswear lifestyle envisioned by Ralph Lauren.
