Saint Laurent has officially reopened its concept store, Saint Laurent Rive Droite, in Paris on February 13, unveiling a new addition—Sushi Park Paris, a high-end omakase-style dining experience.
This marks a collaboration between Creative Director Anthony Vaccarello and Peter Park, the founder and chef of the renowned Los Angeles restaurant Sushi Park. It is also Sushi Park’s first permanent location outside of Los Angeles, bringing its signature approach to omakase dining to the French capital.
Sushi Park has gained a devoted following among Hollywood celebrities, with Justin Bieber, the Kardashian family, and Dua Lipa among its well-known patrons. The restaurant is famous for its purist approach to sushi, excluding California rolls and spicy tuna rolls, and offering only seasonally crafted omakase. With this Paris expansion, Saint Laurent is further reinforcing its luxury lifestyle vision, providing exclusive experiences that extend beyond fashion.
Sushi Park Paris officially opens on February 21, located on the lower level of Rive Droite Paris. Open from Tuesday to Saturday, the restaurant is designed in Saint Laurent’s signature aesthetic, featuring dark, minimalist interiors that create a refined and intimate dining atmosphere. Chef Peter Park’s omakase selection will showcase the finest seasonal ingredients, ensuring an authentic Japanese culinary experience. The brand describes this new dining venture as a fresh interpretation of luxury.
This initiative is part of Saint Laurent’s broader lifestyle branding strategy. In 2024, the Maison also launched Babylone, a bookstore and gallery space in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, further strengthening its engagement in art, design, and literature.
