On January 26, Thom Browne, Chairman of the CFDA, announced that his eponymous brand, Thom Browne, has entered into a partnership with men’s lifestyle magazine GQ to present its Fall/Winter 2026 collection at GQ Bowl. Centered on the fusion of fashion and sport, the event closely aligns with the design philosophy Browne has consistently pursued throughout his career.
A Special Event Held on the Eve of the Super Bowl
GQ Bowl is scheduled to take place on February 6 (local time) at the Legion of Honor museum in San Francisco. The event will be held two days ahead of Super Bowl LX, a moment when national attention converges on sports and entertainment across the United States. Super Bowl LX is set to feature a matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots, with Bad Bunny slated to headline the halftime show.
A Hybrid Format Combining Runway and Red Carpet
The event will be hosted by Thom Browne himself alongside GQ Global Editorial Director Will Welch. The presentation will merge a runway show with a red carpet format, unveiling the latest men’s and women’s looks. In addition to models, athletes and notable figures connected to GQ and Browne are also expected to appear.

The show will be livestreamed via GQ’s official website and YouTube, allowing audiences worldwide to experience the collection in real time.
Thom Browne’s Vision at the Intersection of Sport and Fashion
Thom Browne has continued to explore the relationship between fashion and sports culture, having unveiled a football-inspired capsule collection in September 2025. The upcoming presentation at GQ Bowl can be seen as an extension of this ongoing exploration, positioning the event as a symbolic intersection where sartorial expression meets competitive spirit.
