Milan-based luxury leather brand Valextra unveiled its new collection, “Evolving Architecture,” during Milan Fashion Week, held from February 24 to March 2, 2026.
The collection reinterprets contemporary Milanese elegance by evolving the brand’s iconic designs while emphasizing the harmony between materials and form.
The Icon “Iside” in New Forms
This season introduces two new models to the brand’s signature Iside series.
The Iside Editor features a soft structure and a distinctive horizontal silhouette, creating a refined bag that naturally integrates into everyday style. Meanwhile, the Iside Tin is equipped with a crossbody strap, offering functionality suited to urban living. This season also introduces new versions crafted in shearling, further expanding the expressive range of the series.
The New “Gio” Tote Reflects Effortless Femininity
Across the women’s collection, a relaxed mood and light elegance prevail. Embodying this spirit is the new tote bag, Gio.
With its pared-back minimalist design and reliable practicality, Gio represents a balance between function and aesthetic purity—an expression of Valextra’s vision of modern luxury.
An Exhibition Inspired by Architecture
The collection was presented at the brand’s flagship store on Via Manzoni in Milan, in collaboration with the creative studio Yaro Studio.
The installation space draws inspiration from the architectural language of Italian architect Aldo Rossi and the monument “Monumento a Sandro Pertini.” By layering architectural concepts with product design, the presentation expresses the collection’s central theme: an evolving structural beauty.
