Jacquemus, led by Simon Porte Jacquemus, has opened its long-anticipated new store in West Hollywood, Los Angeles. Located at 8804 Melrose Avenue, on the corner of Robertson Boulevard, the boutique brings a fresh chapter to the brand’s expansion in the U.S.
The newly unveiled flagship spans approximately 2,800 square feet, featuring a vaulted ceiling that creates a light and open atmosphere. In the center of the space, long sofas covered in vivid yellow linen evoke the warm and inviting spirit of Provence. The herringbone-patterned stone flooring, inspired by classic Parisian parquet, harmoniously blends French tradition with a contemporary American sensibility.

To celebrate the opening, Jacquemus transformed the storefront into a Provençal-style market, adorned with yellow flowers, bananas, and lemons. The playful banana motif extends inside the store as well, with the “La Croisière” collection featuring accessories like the “Boucles Bananes” and unisex boat shoes created in collaboration with Timberland. Additionally, Jacquemus-branded fitness essentials such as yoga mats, jump ropes, dumbbells, and water tumblers are on offer, perfectly aligning with Los Angeles’ wellness culture.
Art is another key element that enriches the store’s atmosphere. Pieces such as Jean Lurçat’s Le coq sur fond jaune, Pierre-Auguste Renoir’s painting Odalisque and bronze sculpture La petite laveuse—all carefully selected from Simon Porte Jacquemus’s personal collection—are on display. The space is further elevated with furnishings like Jean Royère’s Chaise Croisillon and a table lamp by Frank Lloyd Wright.

Reflecting on the new store, Simon Porte Jacquemus shared his sentiments on social media: “Being able to open a store with my mother’s name on it feels so special. Thanks for the love, it feels so special…” He also expressed gratitude to his team, writing, “Thanks to the amazing team behind all of it.”
The opening event welcomed a host of celebrities dressed in Jacquemus, including Lori Harvey, Laura Harrier, Nicholas Alexander Chavez, Dree Hemingway, and Cole Sprouse, who brought further vibrancy to the festive atmosphere.
The Los Angeles flagship debut comes as Jacquemus moves forward with major growth initiatives, including developing a fragrance and beauty line in collaboration with L’Oréal and appointing former Celine executive Sarah Benady as the brand’s new CEO.
Looking ahead, Jacquemus plans to continue its U.S. expansion with a new store opening in Miami, signaling even greater momentum for the brand’s future.
