Kering Eyewear Signs Global Partnership with Valentino

On September 15, Kering Eyewear and Valentino announced the signing of an exclusive global partnership agreement covering sunglasses and optical collections. The agreement will take effect on January 1, 2026, marking the start of a long-term collaboration between the two companies in the luxury eyewear sector.

Roberto Vedovotto, Founder and CEO of Kering Eyewear, stated: “We are honored to welcome Valentino into the Kering Eyewear portfolio, and to have the opportunity to contribute to the brand’s continued success. The first collection under this agreement will be Valentino Eyewear for the Spring/Summer 2026 season. It is set to debut on October 5, 2025, during Valentino’s show in Paris, and will be available worldwide from March 2026 through Valentino boutiques, the official online store, department stores, specialty retailers, and eyewear distributors.

This partnership not only strengthens Kering Eyewear’s innovative business model and its presence in the luxury market but also marks a significant step for Valentino in enhancing its positioning within the eyewear category. Kering already manages a powerful eyewear business with renowned brands such as Gucci, Saint Laurent, and Balenciaga, and the addition of Valentino will further enrich its portfolio going forward.
