ShopMy Raises $70 Million at $1.5 Billion Valuation — Entering a New Stage of Growth for “Curated Commerce”

On October 22, Shop My Shelf, Inc., also known as ShopMy, announced the completion of a $70 million funding round at a valuation of $1.5 billion.

Positioned as a platform that connects premium brands, tastemakers, and consumers, ShopMy has built an integrated marketing infrastructure designed to foster long-term brand value rather than short-term advertising impact.

The round was led by Avenir, with participation from Bain Capital Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Menlo Ventures. Additional strategic investors include Sofia Richie, Gregg Renfrew, Raissa Gerona, Alex Mondre of AGM Ventures, Aimee Song, and Jacopo Moschin.

From Advertising to Authenticity

Founded in 2020 by Harry Rein, Tiffany Lopinsky, and Chris Tinsley, ShopMy began as a platform for individual creator storefronts. It has since evolved into a collaborative ecosystem where multiple curators work together, now generating over $1 billion in annual transactions.

By integrating brand partnerships, creator activity, and consumer experiences, the company has established a professional infrastructure that enables users to discover the world’s best products.

Commenting on the announcement, CEO Harry Rein said: “ShopMy is fundamentally a bet on authenticity and that lasting brand value comes through curation and taste over ads and algorithmic recommendations, enabling consumers to discover and buy the world’s best products.”

According to the company, ShopMy’s platform now processes over $1 billion annually, with more than 185,000 carefully selected tastemakers participating worldwide. Over 1,200 premium brands have joined, creating a sustainable network where curators and brands collaborate to build long-term cultural relevance.

In August 2025, ShopMy launched a new consumer feature called Circles—a curated shopping feed built on recommendations from trusted creators. Since launch, more than 30,000 Circles have been created and over 150,000 products have been wishlisted.

ShopMy also reported 200% year-over-year revenue growth and sustained profitability since 2024, underscoring the market traction of its “curator-led commerce” model.
