On October 23, New York–based fashion brand Public School, led by designers Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne, announced its long-awaited return after a six-year hiatus.
Ahead of the brand’s first show in years, Public School released a short film titled “Club Supper,” set 63 floors above New York City—a cinematic prelude that symbolizes a new chapter for the brand.

An Ode to the Eternal Fantasy of New York
Directed by Sam Eliad, the film brings together an eclectic cast of New Yorkers who embody the city’s creative spirit. Among them are Academy Award–winning actress Marisa Tomei, NBA Hall of Famer Carmelo Anthony, designer and actor Waris Ahluwalia, legendary musician Slick Rick, and Michelin-starred chef Charlie Mitchell of Saga NY.
Chow and Osborne also make appearances in the film, which serves as both a personal and collective homage to New York—the city that has long stood at the intersection of culture and community in their work.
Filmed inside Saga New York, a restaurant perched high above the Manhattan skyline, “Club Supper” captures the rhythm and soul of the city after dark. Against a backdrop of glittering skyscrapers, it unfolds a story of creativity, camaraderie, and renewal—a lyrical portrait of New York that transcends fashion and celebrates the poetry of urban life itself.
