Light Installations Unfold Across Paris

Beyond the Champs-Élysées, Swarovski’s mastery of light can be found throughout the city. At the Rond-Point fountain at the avenue’s center, rotating crystal chains reflect and scatter light, creating a delicate visual choreography. At the Palace of Versailles, Swarovski specialists restored opulent Baroque chandeliers and enhanced them with LED candlelight, adding renewed radiance to the historic landmark.

A Limited-Time Pop-Up Store Opens Near the Arc de Triomphe

To commemorate its 130th anniversary, Swarovski has also opened a limited-time pop-up store near the Arc de Triomphe. From November 16 to December 26, the boutique welcomes visitors at 1 Place Charles de Gaulle (75008 Paris), showcasing a festive selection of exclusive collections for the holiday season.

The space draws inspiration from the Maison’s signature octagon motif, creating an immersive environment where creativity and craftsmanship converge. Highlights include “The Vienna Collection” by Creative Director Giovanna Engelbert, as well as jewelry and home décor pieces that embody 130 years of savoir-faire.

A dedicated gift & personalization station allows visitors to customize gift boxes with crystal lettering. Intricately cut clear-crystal Eiffel Tower figurines and pens featuring silver-toned hardware with Eiffel Tower charms also make for elegant holiday gifts.

A Legacy of Light Spanning 130 Years

Since its founding in 1895, Swarovski has built its global reputation on unparalleled craftsmanship and the artistic manipulation of light. After founder Daniel Swarovski invented the world’s first electric crystal-cutting machine, the brand presented its pioneering technology at the 1900 Exposition Universelle in Paris. This marked the beginning of enduring partnerships with Parisian fashion houses, laying the foundation for the brand’s deep and lasting ties with Paris and the fashion world.

Swarovski and the City of Paris also share a commitment to artistry, innovation, and cultural development, collaborating through initiatives such as the ANDAM Fashion Awards to support emerging designers. The brand remains a vital partner during Paris Fashion Week, illuminating the runway looks of leading designers each season.

Today, Swarovski operates in more than 140 countries and regions, with over 2,300 stores and 18,600 employees worldwide—continuing to strengthen its global presence.
