CFDA’s NYFW Spring 2023 Show Schedule | 110 brands will participate
September marks the start of the Fashion Week season.
The world’s four major Fashion Weeks are held twice a year, with the autumn/winter collection of the year in February, and the spring/summer collection of the following year in September in New York, London, Milan, and Paris.
On July 28th, the CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America) and IMG announced this season’s schedule for the New York Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2023 collection. It will run from September 9th through September 14th.

Social media-born New York-based makeup brand “Glossier” is undergoing changes because of its inefficiency to keep up with evolving beauty industry.
Glossier laid off 24 employees on August 2nd, 2022. They also plan to add about 20 new employees, including leadership levels in the second half of this year as it transitions to an omnichannel model with major retailers in the United States and Canada.
In the past year attention to NFT(non-fungible tokens) and Metaverse has boomed exponentially.
