On February 7, Juzui, led by Creative Director Taoray Wang, unveiled its 2025 Fall/Winter collection in a runway show during New York Fashion Week.
The collection’s theme, “Winter Blooms Whispering,” continues the brand’s floral-inspired identity while embracing the symbolism of the “winter plum blossom.” In Chinese culture, the plum blossom represents strength and resilience, blooming beautifully even in harsh winter conditions. Reflecting this spirit, Juzui’s latest collection celebrates women who seek light and flourish gracefully even in adversity.
“It has always been about love, resilience, and individuality. I admire women who are strong yet have a soft heart. This collection is a fusion of many elements—where East meets West, and different perspectives converge. You can truly see the essence of this concept throughout the collection,” Wang shared in an interview with OSF.
Juzui also remains committed to sustainability, using only existing fabric stocks to create this season’s collection. Additionally, fur and leather fragments were incorporated into the designs to minimize waste while exploring new creative interpretations. With floral motifs as the foundation, the collection seamlessly blends urban functionality with relaxed silhouettes, achieving a refined balance between elegance and everyday wearability.
The most anticipated moment of the show was the finale, graced by none other than Maye Musk, the mother of Elon Musk. At 76 years old, Musk appeared in a voluminous pure white fur jacket, a black sheer bustier, and a lustrous pleated skirt.
As she stepped onto the runway, the atmosphere was instantly electrified. Exuding undeniable presence as a model, each step she took embodied Juzui’s vision of “universal beauty” and “women’s strength,” captivating the audience with her elegance and poise.
