New York, London, Milan, and Paris Collections are known as the “BIG 4” of fashion weeks. After New York, London, and Milan Fashion Week, Paris Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2023 Collection will finally be held next week. 107 brands will participate in the nine-day event from February 27 to March 7, with each brand presenting its latest collection in a runway show and presentation.
Paris Fashion Week has always been known as the most spectacular collection in the world. Saint Laurent, whose creative director Anthony Vaccarello’s menswear show this January was a hit, and expectations are high for the womenswear collection on February 28. On March 1, The Row by the Olsen sisters will present their new collection, and on the same evening, Paco Rabanne will make its first appearance on the women’s schedule since its last ready-to-wear collection during Couture Week last July.
On March 2, Chloe, Givenchy, and SCHIAPARELLI will participate. Schiaparelli, which drew attention at Paris Haute Couture Week for its looks with fake animal heads attached, will present their first ready-to-wear runway show. On March 3, a gorgeous line-up such as Loewe, Issey Miyake, Giambattista Valli, Victoria Beckham, Yohji Yamamoto, and Coperni will present its new collection.
On the 4th, the day starts with JUNYA WATANABE, followed by Vivienne Westwood, Hermès, COMME des GARÇONS, and Alexander McQueen, and other brands worth seeing will continue on this day as well.
On March 5, Lanvin, Balenciaga, and Valentino will participate. Balenciaga will be the first runway show since the ad scandal.
Louis Vuitton, which usually closes Paris Fashion Week every year, will also hold a show on March 6 this time. Y/Project and Miu Miu will be the grand finale of Paris Fashion Week 2023 Fall/Winter on March 7.
