- Brilland joins the company from IGK Hair, where she served as president, and brings experience from LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton and L’Occitane Group

Prior to joining T3, Brilland served as president of IGK Hair. During her tenure, she was recognized for driving growth across key retail and distribution channels, including Ulta Beauty, SalonCentric, and TikTok Shop.
With more than two decades of experience in the beauty industry, Brilland has led growth initiatives across consumer, professional, and digital beauty sectors. Her career also includes leadership roles at LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton and L’Occitane Group.
Commenting on her appointment, Brilland said, “I have long admired T3 for its commitment to innovation, design, and performance, and for the way the brand transformed hair tools into true beauty essentials. T3 has built an incredible legacy over the past two decades, and I am honored to join the company at such an exciting moment.”
She added, “I look forward to working alongside Julie, Kent, and the talented T3 team to continue driving innovation, deepening our connection with consumers, and expanding the brand’s global impact.”
Co-founder Chung also welcomed the appointment, stating, “Anne-Cécile is a visionary leader with an exceptional understanding of modern beauty brands and the evolving consumer landscape. She deeply understands how to scale a business while preserving the creativity, innovation, and emotional connection that make a brand truly special. As T3 enters this next chapter, we are thrilled to welcome her leadership, perspective, and passion for building enduring brands.”
Now celebrating its 22nd year in business, T3 traces its origins to a prototype hair dryer developed by Yu for Chung while she was attending medical school. Designed to help reduce drying time, the product later evolved into the T3 Featherweight dryer, which launched in 2004.
Today, T3 is distributed globally through leading retail partners including Sephora, Nordstrom, Ulta Beauty, and Amazon. With Brilland at the helm, the company plans to further strengthen its omnichannel strategy across consumer, professional, and digital channels.
More than two decades after its founding, T3 has established itself as a global brand in the premium hair tools market. Under its new leadership, the company is positioning itself for continued growth through product innovation and international expansion.
