Japanese fashion and lifestyle brand Tomorrowland has announced the launch of its first-ever hotel, set to open on December 1, 2025, in the coastal town of Hayama, Kanagawa Prefecture. The hotel, named Casa CABaN HAYAMA, will be developed in partnership with its group company CASA CABAN.
For this project, Tomorrowland has partnered with Palace Hotel as the operating partner, aiming to deliver a refined and luxurious hospitality experience. The architectural and interior design is led by internationally renowned Spanish architect Patricia Urquiola and her studio, STUDIO URQUIOLA. This marks the first time Urquiola herself will oversee every aspect of a project — from concept planning to design and interiors — drawing significant attention both in Japan and abroad.
Overlooking Sagami Bay, the hotel features 14 terrace-equipped guest rooms, including four suites. Room sizes range from 44 to 88 square meters, expanding up to 174 square meters including terraces. Facilities include a rooftop lounge, poolside bar, Japanese restaurant, gym, and boutique shop, offering a stay that goes beyond simple accommodation.
Nestled along the serene Morito Coast in Hayama, the hotel’s location offers a tranquil escape from the everyday. Guests can take in sunsets over the ocean and sunrises revealing the silhouette of Mt. Fuji. The design harmonizes with the rhythm of nature, offering guests a lifestyle experience that encourages reflection and renewal.
