One of the world’s biggest sporting stages, El Clásico, is set to welcome a leading figure from the music industry. Spanish football giant FC Barcelona has announced that Grammy Award–winning artist Olivia Rodrigo will be featured on the front of the club’s jersey.

The special-edition kit will be worn during the match against Real Madrid on May 10.

It’s been so fun seeing the jersey come to life and creating a full collection with Spotify and Barca. On top of that, getting to perform for the fans who’ve been listening since day one, in a city like Barcelona, is going to be so special. That’s everything to me. I cannot wait to see them.”

Alongside the match kit, the collaboration extends into a broader capsule collection. Visual elements and typography from Rodrigo’s new musical era are reinterpreted through Barcelona’s signature colors, appearing across items such as T-shirts, scarves, and accessories. The jersey itself features a special logo treatment, with select versions also including Rodrigo’s name and number on the back—blending fashion appeal with fan culture.
