On April 27, Fendi, the Rome-based Italian luxury house, announced that Maria Grazia Chiuri will present her first couture collection for the brand in Rome on July 9, 2026.

The presentation will mark the Fall/Winter 2026 haute couture collection, with the exact time and venue to be disclosed at a later date.

This will be the third time Fendi stages a couture show in Rome, following previous presentations in 2016 and 2019. In 2016, the late Karl Lagerfeld unveiled the “Haute Fourrure” collection at the Trevi Fountain, while in 2019, Silvia Venturini Fendi staged the show at the Temple of Venus.

The upcoming presentation will mark Chiuri’s first couture show since joining Fendi. She was appointed Chief Creative Officer of the house in October 2025 and made her runway debut during Milan Fashion Week in February 2026. Having begun her career at Fendi in 1989, the couture show also represents a symbolic return to the brand for the designer.
