A Summer Season Defined by Bold Color
The campaign embraces a vibrant palette of electric turquoise, crimson red, sunshine yellow, and MESSIKA’s signature purple.
Inspired by the free-spirited and confident energy of the 1980s, the creative direction contrasts vivid colors with the brilliance of diamonds, amplifying the visual impact of the jewelry throughout the campaign.
Founder and Artistic Director Valérie Messika explained the inspiration behind the campaign: “I am an 80s girl. I remember those models with their big chains, that graphic energy, that total confidence. The colors too, so intensely pop, life lived in full technicolor. For this campaign we channeled all of that. The images are contrasted, assertive, a little more sensual.”
The campaign’s vibrant palette and geometric setting create a striking backdrop that allows the maison’s diamond jewelry to take center stage.
Jules Koundé Embodies Modern Elegance
Selected as the face of the Summer 2026 campaign, Jules Koundé is recognized not only for his achievements on the football pitch but also for his distinctive personal style.
Set in Barcelona, the city where he currently plays professionally, the campaign presents a contemporary vision that bridges sport, fashion, and luxury. Through the styling and imagery, MESSIKA highlights a modern interpretation of elegance that reflects confidence, individuality, and self-expression.
Sydney Stablerite and Avishag Amir also play central roles in the campaign. Together, the trio brings contrasting personalities to the imagery, balancing minimalist sophistication with a bold visual presence.
Jewelry Styling Centered on Layering
Layering serves as the central styling theme of the Summer 2026 campaign.
By combining rings, necklaces, bracelets, and ear cuffs, MESSIKA encourages a more personal and expressive approach to wearing jewelry. The pinky ring emerges as a recurring motif throughout the campaign, reflecting the maison’s focus on individuality and self-confidence.
The campaign showcases several of the brand’s signature collections, including Move, Move Uno, Move Noa, My Move, So Move, Moderniste, Move Titanium, and Groove.
Particular attention is given to stacked and layered jewelry styling, with multiple pieces worn together to create a more personalized look. On Jules Koundé, who styled his own looks, the layered combinations reinforce the campaign’s contemporary approach to masculine elegance.
Moderniste transforms gold into sculptural forms, while Move Titanium introduces a bold expression through precious materials. Groove, meanwhile, stands out through its mirror-polished yellow-gold links enhanced with full pavé settings.
Still-Life Imagery and Boutique Installations
Alongside the main campaign, photographer Jean Marques created a dedicated still-life series highlighting the texture, craftsmanship, and brilliance of MESSIKA’s jewelry.
Through close-up photography and artistic image treatments, the series emphasizes the campaign’s key styling code: layering. Rings, necklaces, bracelets, and ear cuffs are combined freely, underscoring the maison’s vision of jewelry as a medium for self-expression.
The Summer 2026 campaign will also extend into MESSIKA boutiques worldwide through a series of dedicated window displays. Inspired by the grid compositions of Dutch painter Piet Mondrian, the installations utilize bold primary colors and geometric structures to showcase the jewelry in a striking visual environment.
Founded in Paris by Valérie Messika in 2005, MESSIKA has grown into a globally recognized diamond jewelry maison known for blending fine jewelry craftsmanship with contemporary design. The brand has become a fixture on the international luxury scene, with a presence across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America, while continuing to strengthen its ties to the fashion industry through high jewelry showcases during Paris Fashion Week.
