Italian investment fund “FSI (Fondo Strategico Italiano)” acquired the shares held by the founding family, while Germany’s “Katjes Quiet Luxury” acquired approximately 27% of the company. With this move, the Missoni family has exited the company’s capital structure, marking the beginning of a new growth phase for the brand.
